Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Starbucks Lead Barista to lead our store team in delivering the exceptional Starbucks experience. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, coach and mentor associates, and ensure a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the store team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
  • Monitor product quality and presentation, ensuring all beverages and food items meet Starbucks standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with associates and hotel leadership, fostering a positive, inclusive, and team-focused culture
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and store policies

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 1 year retail or food service experience, preferably in a high-volume environment

    • Ability to work 7–9 hour shifts starting as early as 5 AM.

    • Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and occasional nights.

    • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

    • Friendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanor.

    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
