Position Overview

At The Ben, the Front Desk Agent is more than a receptionist—they are the storyteller, the first impression, and the final memory of a guest’s journey. With poise, warmth, and intuitive service, you will welcome travelers into our world, setting the stage for experiences that go far beyond a hotel stay. Each interaction is an opportunity to embody our brand of refined hospitality—whether it’s greeting a weary traveler with a smile, anticipating an unspoken need, or ensuring a seamless departure that leaves guests eager to return. What You’ll Do

As a Front Desk Clerk and brand ambassador of The Ben, you will:

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth, offering an effortless check-in and check-out experience.
• Maintain an elevated level of service and hospitality that reflects The Ben’s luxury standard.
• Resolve guest concerns with elegance, ensuring every stay is marked by satisfaction.
• Post charges, collect payments, and manage cash-handling with integrity and accuracy.
• Handle guest mail, packages, and messages with the utmost privacy and professionalism.
• Share knowledge of our hotel, programs, and local experiences, tailoring recommendations with care.
• Communicate guest preferences and feedback across departments to ensure seamless service.
• Respond swiftly to guest calls, lobby visitors, and team member requests.
• Remain calm and confident in all situations, prepared with knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality or luxury service is preferred.
• A polished communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining grace and accuracy.
• Proficiency with hotel systems (Marriott systems a plus).
• A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
