• Banquet Coordinator (Catering/Banquet)

  The Banquet Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of banquet events by coordinating with clients, banquet staff, and other departments. This role involves administrative duties, planning, and on-the-day event support to provide an exceptional guest experience while meeting organizational goals.

• Restaurant Attendant - Busser (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The ideal Busser must be able to work a variety of shifts to include morning, evenings and weekends; the candidate should have at least one year of fast casual dining or customer service experience, but we will train the right person with the right service attitude! Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and willing to be a team player to assist us in providing memorable dining experiences for our guests and local patrons. • IRD - Room Service Server (Food & Beverage)

  As a Room Service Server you must love to make people smile, have a welcoming nature and like working in a face paced environment. Serving is in your blood and delivering a great meal and presenting it to your room guests makes you happy! Our guests will expect you to be a food & beverage professional using formal greetings as you arrive, explaining the meal provided and offering up any additional information needed to make the guest’s stay memorable. Our Room Service Servers must know and follow the hotel’s established safety and security polices and procedures. Anticipate problems and notify management as needed. ServSafe certificate/alcohol training is required.

• Dishwasher - Spruzzo (Chefs/Kitchen)

  • Ensure the cleanliness of all dishware. Carefully wash by hand, and safely and skillfully operate the washing equipment, to thoroughly clean all service ware, cookware and utensils, including polishing stainless and silver ware.

• Chief Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Manages the daily kitchen utility operations and staff. Areas of responsibilities include dish room operations, night cleaning, back dock cleaning and maintenance, and receiving. Supervises kitchen employees not actively engaged in cooking (e.g., dishwashers, kitchen helpers, etc.). Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.

• Housekeeping Supervisor (Housekeeping)

  As the Housekeeping Supervisor you directly oversee housekeeping, laundry and houseperson team members.

• Mini Bar Attendant (Food & Beverage)

  The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for providing prompt and efficient mini bar service to hotel guests. This includes stocking, organizing, and tracking inventory for in-room mini bars, ensuring accuracy in billing, and upholding high standards of cleanliness and quality control. The goal is to provide an exceptional in-room experience for guests by maintaining a well-stocked and meticulously managed mini bar service.

• AV Technician (Recreation/Entertainment)

  The Audio-Visual Support Technician is responsible for the setup, operation, and breakdown of small to large-scale audiovisual systems within a hospitality environment, ensuring a smooth event experience and complete customer satisfaction. This role will report to the IT & Audio-Visual Support Manager.
