Position Overview

Spruzzo is downtown’s only water-facing rooftop lounge, offering a full bar and creative menus focused on tapas and small bites with Mediterranean flair. As a Lounge Server at Spruzzo, you are the ambassador of this luxurious experience—crafting memorable moments with attentive, polished service. By anticipating guest needs, providing expert beverage and food recommendations, and maintaining a welcoming presence, you ensure each guest enjoys a seamless, sophisticated rooftop escape.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to all lounge guests with attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism.
• Present food and beverages with precision, ensuring quality and presentation meet Spruzzo’s luxury standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, bar areas, and guest tables.
• Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs, providing recommendations and assistance as appropriate.
• Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, and other service team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold high standards of etiquette, polish, and hospitality at all times.
• Monitor inventory and assist with restocking supplies to maintain service readiness.
• Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, lounge, or bar service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to luxury-level service.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, elevated environment.
• Positive attitude and passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
