Job Summary

You will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality meals that meet our standards in taste, presentation, and safety for event happening in the hotel and restaurant. Your enthusiasm for food preparation and kitchen operations will help ensure a seamless experience for our guests. Prepare items for events according to recipes, standards, and quality specifications

Assist with food presentation to enhance guest satisfaction

Maintain proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance

Support food service operations by plating dishes efficiently and accurately

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation during all shifts

Follow kitchen safety protocols and maintain cleanliness throughout the food preparation area

Handle dietary accommodations and special requests with attention to detail

Experience

• Previous experience in banquet experience demonstrating culinary proficiency is highly valued
• Strong food preparation and food handling skills are essential
• Leadership qualities
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment, knife skills, and meal preparation processes is important
• Experience in the food industry or culinary environments demonstrates your readiness for this role
• Commitment to food safety standards and proper sanitation practices is required
