Food and Beverage Admin Coordinator

Compensation: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour

Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Admin Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist Food & Beverage Front of House leaders with administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation and proactive planning, and endeavor to be organizationally savvy with a keen focus on detail.
  • Be one of the first points of contact for incoming reservation calls, and respond in a quick, timely, and professional manner to all internal partners and external customers.
  • Maintain Food & Beverage software, BevSpot, Micros, and OpenTable.
  • Serve as a liaison between Food & Beverage leadership, culinary team, banquets, and other hotel departments
  • Create and maintain special event flyers and signage using Canva and Avery.
  • Ensure associates have the tools and equipment needed to perform their jobs.
  • Maintain department calendars and important deadlines

    Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in restaurants preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Micros system experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
