Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to standard recipes
Take customer orders and handle cash/card transactions accurately
Provide friendly, efficient customer service and answer menu questions
Operate and maintain coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, etc.)
Keep the workspace, counters, and seating areas clean and organized
Restock supplies such as cups, lids, syrups, and food items
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Open or close the café (set up stations, clean down equipment, secure cash)
Handle food items like pastries or light snacks, if applicable
Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly during busy period
