Maintenance Tech 3

We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician to join our engineering team at the Sheraton Grand Rapids. Normal daily duties will be pool check, boiler checks, guest calls, room preventative maintenance, grounds check, ice machine checks, etc. Outside of the normal day, other duties will be PTAC maintenance/trouble shotting, RTU preventative maintenance/troubleshooting, light plumbing, light electrical, light carpentry, drywall repair, wallpaper repair, painting, etc. We are seeking someone who is comfortable with overall property maintenance and comfortable working with HVAC equipment. This position will require rotating weekends with the other team members and working hours ranging from 7am-6pm, (8 hours within this time frame), willing to be flexible to work around other priorities.
