Position Summary

We are hiring a Room Inspector / Housekeeping Supervisor to support our high standards of cleanliness, quality, and guest satisfaction. In this key leadership role, you will oversee housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to ensure all guest rooms and public spaces meet brand and luxury-level expectations. You’ll coach associates, inspect rooms, support training, and lead by example to maintain a spotless, welcoming environment throughout the hotel.

Ideal Candidates:

• Experience as a Housekeeping or Cleaning Supervisor in hotels, hospitals, or multi-unit residential settings

• Strong communication skills; friendly, professional, and guest-focused

• High attention to detail and pride in delivering excellence

• Natural leader who motivates and guides others to succeed

• Actively engaged, positive, and committed to the team

• Works with integrity, professionalism, and accountability

Responsibilities:

• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness, quality, and readiness

• Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson team members

• Assist in training, scheduling, and coaching associates

• Report maintenance and safety issues promptly

• Support inventory, supply management, and daily operational needs

• Respond to guest needs and resolve issues with professionalism

• Perform other duties as assigned
