Lead The Ben West Palm’s vibrant Food & Beverage outlets—Proper Grit restaurant, Spruzzo rooftop bar and restaurant, poolside dining, and in-room service—as Director of Outlets. • Oversee daily operations for all F&B outlets: Proper Grit restaurant, Spruzzo rooftop bar, pool outlet, and in-room dining.

• Lead and develop outlet managers, supervisors, and frontline associates to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

• Create and implement short- and long-term operational and financial plans to support hotel goals.

• Monitor guest satisfaction, quality control, and operational performance; implement improvements as needed.

• Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and all regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate closely with culinary teams to maintain menu consistency, quality, and presentation across all outlets.

• Develop and execute revenue growth initiatives, including upselling, promotions, local partnerships, and REO’s (Revenue-Enhancing Opportunities).

• Plan, coordinate, and execute outlet-specific events and promotions to drive guest engagement and increase revenue.

• Drive associate training, engagement, and empowerment to foster a positive team culture.

• Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory control, and cost management to maintain financial targets.

• Maintain clean, safe, and guest-ready environments at all outlets, ensuring superior presentation.

• Lead communication regarding menu updates, service procedures, and guest experience goals.

• Actively participate in the hotel’s leadership team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.

• 3–5 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience in a full-service hotel or lifestyle hospitality environment.

• Proven success managing large, multi-outlet operations with a focus on both guest experience and financial performance.

• Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and organizational skills.

• Strong financial acumen with experience in labor management, P&L oversight, and cost control.

• Demonstrated ability to create and lead a positive, inclusive team culture focused on service, communication, and accountability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
