Description

Marriott Hutchinson Island Resort and Golf is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Food and Beverage Director to join our team and elevate our culinary offerings while providing excellent guest experiences. The Food and Beverage Director will oversee all food and beverage outlet operations including restaurants, bars, culinary, catering and events.

In this leadership role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations, implement strategic financial and operational plans, and inspire a talented team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and service while driving revenue growth and fostering innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute both short- and long-term operational and financial plans to achieve business goals.
• Quality & Service Excellence: Ensure consistent product quality and superior service through regular evaluations and addressing guest feedback.
• Team Development: Lead, motivate, and empower a dedicated team to meet and exceed performance expectations.
• Revenue Growth: Identify and implement creative strategies to maximize revenue opportunities while delivering exceptional guest value.
• Event Management: Oversee Banquet Events and group bookings, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service.
• Community Engagement: Build and maintain local relationships to enhance public relations and community outreach.
