From overseeing food preparation and production to ensuring every dish is bursting with fresh flavor and visual appeal, the Executive Chef brings creativity and discipline together — all while maintaining sharp control over food costs and upholding the highest standards across all outlets and events.

As Executive Chef, you will be the creative and operational leader of our culinary team, responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences that reflect our brand's high standards. You’ll drive innovation, maintain quality, and lead with a passion for food, teamwork, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Development & Culinary Innovation

    Create and evolve seasonal menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences. Use market insights and guest feedback to drive innovation, ensuring every dish is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

  • Team Leadership & Development

    Hire, train, and inspire a talented culinary team. Provide mentorship, set clear expectations, and foster a positive, high-performance kitchen culture built on collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.

  • Quality, Consistency & Execution

    Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure consistent food quality, portion control, and presentation. Maintain brand and service standards across all outlets and banquet functions.

  • Operational & Financial Management

    Manage food costs, labor, purchasing, and inventory. Work closely with vendors to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices. Ensure financial goals are met through smart planning and cost control.

  • Guest Engagement & Service Excellence

    Interact with guests to understand preferences and respond to feedback. Empower staff to go above and beyond in delivering memorable dining experiences.

  • Health, Safety & Compliance

    Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Stay current with local, state, and federal regulations to ensure full compliance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6 years of experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years’ experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
  • Ability to create marketing strategies and promotional menu items with Chef to increase business volumes.
  • Must have a positive attitude at all times and serve a leader on the hotel’s Leadership Group.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

    • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in culinary, food & beverage, or a related field.

    • Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related discipline from an accredited institution, plus 4 years of relevant experience.

    • Proficient in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

    • Strong ability to collaborate on marketing strategies and create promotional menu items to drive business growth.

    • Must demonstrate a consistently positive attitude and serve as a key member of the hotel’s Leadership Team, setting the tone for professionalism and excellence.
