Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead the Sales team at the stunning Renaissance Milwaukee West, a 196-key hotel located just 15 minutes from Milwaukee, WI.

Located in the charming "Tosa" area, this vibrant urban enclave is home to unique shops, popular restaurants, and the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center, along with several colleges and universities.

The ideal candidate is a service-driven, motivated leader with a strong ability to build lasting customer relationships, prospect effectively, and inspire a team. The DOS will drive top-line revenue growth through tailored customer solutions and innovative leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Provide the highest quality of service to our customers at all times.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
• Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
• Guide sales and marketing efforts as well as advertising tasks, public relations and administrative reporting.
• Define and implement sales and marketing activities according to the Marketing Plan.
• Prioritize, document, and organize work to meet deadlines .

Qualifications:

• Experience in a Sales leadership role within full service hotels.
• Experience with group room sales in all segments.
• Experience with revenue management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze financial and competitive data to make informed decisions.
• Prior Marriott experience and market knowledge desirable.

Salary Range: $102,611-$128,263
