Renaissance Milwaukee West, a premium distinctive hotel is seeking a Club Lounge Attendant to join our Beverage and Food Team!

Role Summary:

• Provide guests with a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely beverage and food experience within the Club Lounge. Maintain cleanliness and order of Club Lounge operations. Assist in other beverage and food outlets as required (i.e., restaurant market, lobby bar, and in-room dining).

Responsibilities:

• Provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times. Proactively engage and anticipate guest needs.

• Prepare and display food and beverage items in Club Lounge (e.g., continental breakfast items, afternoon hors d'oeuvres, etc.).

• Oversee bar service in Club Lounge; includes mixing, serving alcoholic beverages, and maintaining controlled inventory.

• Maintain presentation of beverage and food items throughout the day; organize, polish, and replenish as needed.

• Maintain Club Lounge and corresponding back-of-house cleanliness. Wipe up spills, remove debris from counters and surrounding areas, and remove trash. Stage and set for next service.

• Assist in other beverage and food outlets, as needed (includes and is not limited to delivering in-room dining orders, bussing of tables, restocking, etc.).

• Assist in tracking and maintaining Club Lounge inventory.

• Report to work on time and in proper uniform.

• Practice safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times.

• Each associate is expected to carry out reasonable requests by management, which the associate is capable of performing.

• Each associate will be required to follow the rules as found in the Concord Hospitality Handbooks.

Schedule: 

• Monday-Friday, 2nd shift availability required (generally 4:00pm-10:00pm, but hours may vary).
• Flexible to variations in schedule (between 1st and 2nd shift), as needed, a plus.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Hospitality experience preferred (food and beverage, bartending, and/or customer service).
• Experience in full-service hotel a plus.
• A City of Wauwatosa Bartender’s License is required within the first 90 days of employment.

Compensation:

• The starting pay for this position is $16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
