Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and promote a strong service culture
• Lead front desk operations, including serving as Manager on Duty.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to meet service and operational standards.
• Support revenue, sales, and financial initiatives to drive hotel performance.
• Manage recruiting, onboarding, performance, recognition, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety requirements, and brand standards.
• Maintain high property standards through inspections, preventive maintenance, and quality initiatives.

Pay Range: $54,235 - $67,800
