We are hiring a Guest Service Manager for a Dual AC/Hyatt Hotel

Salary: $40k- $50k

As our Guest Service Manager, you'll lead the heartbeat of the hotel—the Front Office Team. Every arrival, every departure, and every guest interaction starts with your leadership. You'll coach, mentor, and empower your team to deliver exceptional service while ensuring every guest experiences the warmth, professionalism, and excellence that define both our brands and Concord Hospitality.

What You'll Do

As the leader of our Front Office Team, you will:

• Inspire and develop a high-performing team that genuinely loves serving guests.

• Create an environment where every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for.

• Lead daily front office operations while maintaining brand and Concord standards.

• Coach, mentor, and recognize associates to help them reach their full potential.

• Partner with hotel leadership to drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

• Ensure financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies.

• Promote a positive, engaging workplace culture built on collaboration and accountability.

• Serve as Manager on Duty while leading with professionalism, confidence, and integrity.

• Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the hotel.
