✨ What You’ll Do:

As a Bartender & Server, you’ll wear multiple hats—crafting cocktails, recommending menu pairings, and delivering exceptional service with style and personality.

Bartender Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down the bar, ensuring all tools, garnishes, and ingredients are prepped and stored properly.
• Prepare cocktails and beverages to recipe standards using proper techniques and measurements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including glassware, ice stations, and bar top.
• Monitor inventory and assist with restocking beer, wine, spirits, and mixers.
• Follow all check handling and credit card procedures—no cash tabs.

Server Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and warmly, guiding them through the menu with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently.
• Deliver food and drinks with attention to detail and timing.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.

✅ Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in bartending and serving in upscale restaurants, lounges, or hotels.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and food pairings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems and check handling procedures.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
