This position is responsible for generating new business, selling weddings and social events, conducting site tours, negotiating contracts, and guiding clients through the planning process. The Sales & Catering Manager will oversee the booking and detailing of wedding events from contract through execution, while other social events will be booked and transitioned to an Event Manager for event detailing and day-of coordination. This role offers the opportunity to create unforgettable experiences while maximizing revenue through event and guest room sales. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required to accommodate client meetings, wedding appointments, and event-related activities.
