Description
Join the OPENING TEAM of The Waymark Chattanooga, a brand new Hilton Tapestry Collection hotel! We are now hiring a Senior Sales Manager! We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue, develop new business, and build strong client relationships at our hotel. This role will play a key part in achieving sales goals while providing exceptional service to clients and supporting hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business through proactive and reactive sales efforts
- Coordinate social media content creation, content calendar planning in alignment with PR strategy efforts
- Serve as the main point of contact for client events and bookings
- Execute marketing and action plans to meet sales and revenue goals
- Maximize revenue opportunities through collaboration with revenue management and third-party partners
- Represent The Waymark at industry and networking events
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Delphi (or similar CRM)
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and call goals
- Support hotel operations as a collaborative team player
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hospitality sales, with a strong focus on revenue generation and client service
- Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
- Familiarity with market analysis, pricing strategies, and CRM tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
