Description

We are hiring Seasonal Ski Lodge Servers!

The Harbourside Holiday bar is back and we are looking for people that have a passion to serve others! If you enjoy engaging with others, have a winning personality and high sense of responsibility – this role is perfect for you! Enjoy giving our guests a sense of holiday cheer in our ski lodge themed pop-up bar!

Schedule:

3pm-Close
Weekends as Needed
Possible work on holidays
This seasonal role will be open from October - February

Responsibilities:

Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events

Make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100% guest satisfaction

Carefully monitors the operation of the F&B outlet and assists the manager in identifying and solving present and potential guest problems

Maintains a clean and organized workspace

Maintains regular and punctual attendance

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication
