Description

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
• Deal promptly and efficiently with guest complaints and needs.
• Respond to and complete all work orders in a timely manner.
• Complete duties as given by Chief Engineer.
• Perform any necessary duties as assigned by management or Guest Room Supervisor including cleaning rooms or

  laundry operations during peak periods or when insufficient staff is available.

• Assist in unloading delivery trucks.
• Assist Maintenance Chief and perform chief engineer duties in their absence.
• Responsible for the mechanical upkeep of the swimming pool.
• Must wear proper uniform at all times in accordance with the Standards of Appearance.
• Have a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Practice safety standards at all times.
• Be able to move luggage or packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• As a maintenance tech on our engineering team you are responsible for keeping all equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
• You will assist others on the team including the Chief Engineer on building and grounds maintenance.
• Provide a safe environment for our guests and the hotel staff by meeting all safety standards.
• Provide professional courteous service to our guests and be accommodating to various requests.
• Must be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and aware of all Job Safety Analysis guides.

Required EPA (HVAC) and CPO (Pool) Certifications.
