We are hiring a Bellperson
We are looking for people that have a passion to serve others! Working in our guest reception area means you are at the hub of the hotel with the most interaction with our guests. Your role is key to the overall experience the guest will have. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring will make all the difference. Job Details:
To serve and assist guests during their stay by creating a memorable and efficient arrival, check in, departure and overall stay experience. To handle guest requests including help with luggage, transportation, information and other
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Read and match luggage tags, write claim tickets and detach portion to give to guest
2. Escort customers to accommodations, visually inspect room and respond to any guest requests.
3. Organize and store luggage as necessary in a designated area
4. Answer questions and offer assistance giving accurate information regarding all hotel service to the guests
5. Stay informed on current events and entertainment around the city.
6. Performs any other job related duties as assigned.

Ideally located on Mayo Clinic campus in Jacksonville, Florida, this 252 room Hilton Jacksonville Mayo Clinic Hotel, offers high-end hotel accommodation to further enhance patients’ experience when traveling to the campus for care. Guests will have access to amenities such as a fitness center, on-site restaurant with room service and an outdoor pool. The hotel will have 16,000 square feet of meeting space, including a main ballroom that can be divided into five spaces, a smaller ballroom that splits into two spaces and three additional meeting rooms, and 5,000 square feet of outdoor patio space.
