This role focuses on selling and managing social and corporate catering events, including guest rooms, with a 50/50 split between corporate group bookings and social events. The Catering Sales Manager must work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to oversee event execution. During peak seasons, the schedule may shift to Tuesday–Saturday. Key responsibilities include selling guest rooms, banquet food & beverage, upselling contracted groups, and maximizing hotel revenue.
