Job Title: Loss Prevention Manager

Department: Loss Prevention

Reports To: Assistant Director of Loss Prevention / Director of Operations

“We’re currently looking for a Loss Prevention Manager to join our team at The Ben West Palm.

This role is responsible for helping protect the property, our guests, and team members by managing all things related to safety, security, and asset protection. From incident investigations to team training, this person will play a key part in ensuring a safe and secure environment across the property.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in security or loss prevention (hospitality or retail preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with surveillance systems, incident reporting, and emergency response
• Familiar with OSHA guidelines, local safety codes, and risk prevention best practices
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and shifts over 10 hours when needed
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification is a plus (or willing to get certified)
• Bilingual is a bonus
• Excellent communication, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills.
