As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role connecting the dots between the front desk, sales team, and entire hotel operation. You’ll help manage group bookings, room blocks, contracts, and event communications to ensure everything runs smoothly — and as promised — for our guests and clients.

At Concord, Sales Coordinators are seen as future leaders. Many have been promoted to Sales Managers and Directors of Sales, thanks to our commitment to internal growth and career development.

• Serve as one of the first points of contact for incoming sales inquiries and internal communication, always with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail.

• Provide administrative support for group room blocks, contracts, billing, reports, and event logistics like BEOs and resumes.

• Help coordinate the full lifecycle of group events — pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.

• Communicate clearly and consistently with clients and internal departments to ensure all details are aligned and expectations exceeded.

• Learn our hotel’s offerings — including F&B, A/V, and meeting space — to better support the sales process.

• Use hotel systems (e.g., Delphi, CI/TY, PMS) and contribute to sales strategies and team goals.

• Attend meetings, contribute to planning, and take initiative in your personal and professional development.

• Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Eagerness to learn hotel systems and hospitality sales processes

• A passion for service and a positive, solution-oriented mindset
