As the Front Desk Supervisor, you'll be a key part of what makes our hotel one of the top Renaissance properties in the country. You’ll lead with heart, support with precision, and ensure that every guest’s journey begins and ends with warmth, efficiency, and a touch of discovery.

• Lead a talented front desk team in delivering exceptional, brand-defining guest service.

• Greet and check guests in and out with efficiency, professionalism, and a welcoming smile.

• Handle guest requests, reservations, room assignments, and special needs with care and precision.

• Support the AGM and GM in inventory management and revenue strategies.

• Keep the front desk and lobby clean, stylish, and guest-ready at all times.

• Respond to safety, security, and emergency procedures as needed.

• Be the go-to leader who helps make each day smooth, productive, and guest-focused.

• Have a hospitality heart and a leadership mindset.

• Love connecting with people and creating memorable experiences.

• Are proactive, organized, and calm under pressure.

• Have previous front desk or supervisory hotel experience (preferred).

• Take pride in your work, your team, and your hotel.
