We are hiring a Director of Sales & Marketing

The ideal candidate is service-oriented, motivated, passionate, and collaborative, with a strong ability to build customer relationships, prospect effectively, and lead teams creatively. The Director of Sales (DOS) will deliver tailored solutions to customers, driving top-line revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide the highest quality of service to our customers at all times.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
• Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
• Guide sales and marketing efforts as well as advertising tasks, public relations and administrative reporting.
• Define and implement sales and marketing activities according to the Marketing Plan.
• Prioritize, document, and organize work to meet deadlines .

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Full Service Director of Sales & Marketing Experience.
• Wyndham experience a plus.
• Market knowledge preferred.
• Must be a great leader that can focus on guiding a large team to achieve maximum results.
• Must have strong communication skills and solid marketing experience and know the importance of community relations.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze financial and competitive data to make informed decisions.

Salary Range: $124,159 - $155,199
