Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager of Restaurants to lead the operations of Hook & Ladder and 1874 Social while also overseeing the execution of outdoor public events. This is a unique opportunity to shape the dining and entertainment experience at Hotel West & Main, ensuring excellence in service, culinary innovation, and community engagement.

Responsibilities include leadership and team development by recruiting, training, and mentoring restaurant staff to maintain a high-performing team while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. The role also involves operational excellence, overseeing daily operations of Hook & Ladder and 1874 Social to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences, and developing and implementing operational procedures.

Financial management is a key responsibility, including managing budgets, controlling costs, driving revenue growth, and analyzing financial reports to ensure profitability and identify areas for improvement. Maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service, addressing guest feedback, and ensuring a consistently outstanding experience are essential aspects of guest experience management.

The role also includes planning and executing outdoor public events in alignment with the Hotel West & Main brand, collaborating with marketing and events teams to promote and deliver engaging experiences, and upholding the values and vision of Concord Hospitality while working closely with the marketing team to maintain a strong presence in the local community.

Qualifications include proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality or restaurant industry, strong knowledge of restaurant operations including front and back of house, exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, financial acumen to manage budgets and drive profitability, a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
