Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

In this role, you’ll ensure the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property while experiencing our commitment to associate well-being. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will protect the hotel and its assets, helping to create a safe and productive environment for everyone.

The Loss Prevention Officer is responsible for safeguarding the hotel property, assets, guests, visitors, and associates.

• Patrol the property: Ensure the safety of guests, employees, and hotel assets by regularly monitoring the premises.
• Respond to house calls: Assist guests and employees with safety, security, and operational needs.
• Conduct investigations: Initiate and follow up on investigations related to crimes committed against the hotel and individuals.
• Assist in emergencies: Provide support to sick or injured guests or employees, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
• Write reports: Prepare incident/accident reports and monitor investigations to completion, ensuring all necessary follow-up.
• Record-keeping: Maintain accurate logs and records related to camera monitoring, shift activities, and interactions with employees and guests.
• Monitor safety systems: Assist with checking alarm systems, fire safety equipment, and building security measures.
