We are hiring a Room Inspector (Senior Housekeeper)!

As a Room Inspector (Senior Housekeeper), you ensure every guest room meets our high standards by leading quality inspections, supporting the team, and delivering a clean, comfortable stay experience.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards are consistently met.

• Supervise and support Room Attendants, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to procedures.

• Assign daily room assignments, distribute keys, and lead pre-shift meetings to set expectations.

• Identify and report maintenance concerns; verify completion to ensure rooms are guest-ready.

• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns to enhance satisfaction.

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of linen rooms, storage areas, and housekeeping carts.

• Train and coach team members on cleaning standards, safety practices, and performance expectations.

• Monitor room status, maintain key control, and ensure accurate reporting of cleaned rooms.

• Assist with cleaning duties as needed to support operations and meet daily goals.

• Promote a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and guest service.
