We are hiring Loss Prevention Guard

Concord Hospitality is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Loss Prevention Guard to safeguard our guests, associates, and property. In this role, you’ll ensure security measures are followed, maintain a safe environment, and provide a visible presence throughout the property. Calmness, reliability, and strong attention to safety are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol hotel property to ensure the safety of guests, associates, and assets.

• Respond to incidents, house calls, and emergencies promptly and professionally.

• Initiate and follow up on investigations, documenting incidents and accidents accurately.

• Monitor security systems, cameras, alarms, and building access points.

• Assist guests and associates with safety-related concerns and provide professional support.

• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and safety checks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or hospitality preferred.

• Strong observation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Calm, dependable, and professional demeanor.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
