Description

We are looking for a Server Assistant! You will provide exceptional service to our guests by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, accurate order handling, and professional food and beverage service. Your attention to detail and teamwork will help create memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

Report to work on time and in full uniform, prepared with necessary tools (pen, side towel, corkscrew, etc.).

Check assigned station prior to opening for cleanliness, proper setup, and readiness.

Attend menu classes or taste panels; maintain knowledge of daily specials and all menu items.

Take guest orders accurately, following proper procedures for checks, modifiers, and seat numbers.

Serve food and beverages according to established standards, including proper liquor and wine service.

Maintain cleanliness by bussing and resetting tables promptly throughout and after meals.

Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure efficient service across all stations.

Qualifications:

Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
