Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Description

As a Dishwasher at Concord Hospitality, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our kitchen. By ensuring all dishware, cookware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and organized, you help create a safe and efficient environment that supports the entire culinary team.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize all dishware, cookware, and utensils by hand or using washing equipment

Polish stainless steel and silverware to maintain quality presentation

Maintain kitchen safety by promptly clearing spills and keeping equipment, floors, walls, and surfaces clean

Empty, wash, and return trash bins as needed; keep the wash area organized

Assist with special and deep cleaning projects as required

Qualifications

Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Commitment to safety and sanitation standards

Strong teamwork and reliability

Flexibility to assist with additional cleaning projects
