We’re Hiring a Restaurant Supervisor!

Pay: $18–$20/hour

From our fine dining experience at our restaurant Toscana, beverage outlets, and event spaces—from dinner to receptions and meetings to reunions and trainings—are the heartbeat of our guest experience. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to lead from the front, deliver exceptional service, and help create moments that keep guests coming back.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and energize front of house teams, restaurant, lounge, and banquet teams in PDR
• Ensure top-quality food, presentation, and service every time
• Train and develop team members to reach their full potential
• Support scheduling, coaching, and team performance
• Keep communication strong across all levels
• Jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• Supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant
• Strong knowledge of service flow and beverage cost control
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills
• Experience with Toast and open table is a plus
• A true team player with a passion for hospitality
