Description

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage General Manager to lead our culinary and service teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role focuses on driving revenue, controlling costs, overseeing operations, and fostering a culture of engagement, excellence, and professional growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who inspires the team, manages high-volume operations, and ensures consistent, memorable guest experiences.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with property and brand goals
  • Lead and manage F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, and events, ensuring service and quality standards are consistently met
  • Supervise, mentor, and train team members, filling in during high-demand periods as needed
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative programs, events, upselling, and market trend awareness
  • Oversee budgeting, financial performance, purchasing, payroll, and cost controls
  • Monitor guest feedback and performance data, addressing concerns and implementing improvements
  • Partner with marketing and PR teams to promote the property’s F&B offerings
  • Recruit, retain, and develop talented team members, fostering engagement, empowerment, and collaboration
  • Build and maintain a culture of teamwork, motivation, continuous improvement, and passion for service

    Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in food and beverage management, preferably in hotels or resorts
  • Strong operational, financial, and revenue management skills
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead high-volume operations while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction
  • Commitment to creating a guest-first and associate-first culture
