Bartender / Front Desk Host

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Hyatt House standards
• Engage guests with friendly, professional service in a clean and inviting bar environment
• Maintain stock levels, cleanliness, and proper organization of the bar
• Handle payments, tabs, and point-of-sale transactions accurately
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws, ID requirements, and safety procedures
• Assist with light food preparation and serve small plates as needed

• Warmly greet and check guests in and out of the hotel
• Provide excellent service by answering questions, resolving guest concerns, and fulfilling requests
• Manage room assignments, payments, and guest profiles using the property management system
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
• Handle phone calls, messages, and general guest inquiries
• Maintain a tidy and professional lobby/front desk environment
