We are Hiring a Lead Line Cook at Spirits & Tales, located on the top floor of The Oaklander Hotel, an Autograph Collection by Marriott

• Prepare high-quality food with consistency, following brand recipe cards to the letter

• Ensure all food containers are properly labeled and rotated per SOP standards

• Cook with care, honoring guest requests and dietary needs with a positive attitude

• Maintain a spotless, professional appearance—arriving on time, in full clean uniform, ready to lead by example

• Uphold safety and sanitation standards at all times—because great food starts with a safe kitchen

• Take charge of ordering, pars, prep, and equipment upkeep to keep service running smoothly

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to eliminate obstacles and elevate the dining experience

• Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen

• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations

• Leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive approach

• Passion for culinary excellence and guest satisfaction
