As a newly opened property, we’re building a team of passionate professionals who are excited to shape the future of hospitality in the Triangle.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, passionate Director of Sales with a strong food and beverage background to lead our sales efforts. This role is ideal for a team player who thrives on creating genuine connections, driving revenue, and bringing their vision to life in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive hotel revenue across all segments.
  • Cultivate relationships with corporate, group, and leisure clients.
  • Collaborate with the F&B team to promote High Rail and other hotel offerings.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve quarterly goals and KPIs.
  • Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably in a lifestyle or extended stay property.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations and integration into sales strategy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for hospitality and guest experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
