Location: Capital Hotel, Little Rock, AR

Role Summary

The Loss Prevention Officer is responsible for safeguarding hotel property, assets, guests, visitors, and associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises to ensure safety and security of guests, employees, and assets.
• Respond to calls for assistance and support hotel operations with a safety-first mindset.
• Investigate incidents involving guests, associates, or property, and document findings thoroughly.
• Assist sick or injured guests or associates and ensure proper reporting and follow-up.
• Monitor security systems, maintain accurate logs, and manage incident documentation.
• Support fire safety and alarm system checks and monitor access points throughout the property.

Wage Range

• $17.00-$18.70/hour
