Now Hiring: Dual Front Office Manager – AC Hotel & Hyatt House

Pay scale: 52k-65k

Concord Hospitality is searching for an energetic Dual Front Office Manager to lead our guest services teams at AC Hotel and Hyatt House. This is a hands-on, dynamic leadership role where you’ll set the tone for exceptional guest experiences, oversee front desk and breakfast operations, and inspire your teams to deliver excellence across both properties.

As a true hospitality leader, you’ll create a welcoming atmosphere, drive operational performance, and champion a guest-first culture that leaves a lasting impression on every visitor.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor Front Desk Supervisors and the Dual Guest Services Manager to ensure consistent service excellence.

• Maintain superior guest satisfaction by setting the standard for front desk operations, check-in/out processes, phone etiquette, and hotel amenities.

• Oversee breakfast operations to ensure quality, cleanliness, timeliness, and guest delight.

• Act as Manager on Duty, supporting operations across both properties.

• Partner with the General Manager and Sales team on rooming lists, rate codes, and business opportunities.

• Handle HR functions for front desk staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, evaluations, and retention.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, health and safety codes, and key control procedures.

• Conduct property inspections, oversee preventive maintenance, and maintain product standards.

• Mentor and develop future management talent within the front office teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in hotel front office or guest services management.

• A strong guest-service philosophy with the ability to create a welcoming, guest-focused environment.

• Knowledge of revenue management, hotel operations, and financial reporting.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team development skills.

• Familiarity with HR best practices and compliance standards.
