As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the direct link between our front desk and our sales team. From assisting with group reservations and meetings to helping manage contracts, room blocks, and event details—you’ll play a big part in making sure our guests and corporate clients receive exactly what we promise (and more!). And here’s the exciting part: at Concord, we believe in promoting from within. Many of our Sales Coordinators today are tomorrow’s Sales Managers and future Directors of Sales. 🚀

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Be one of the first friendly voices for incoming sales calls, responding quickly and professionally.

• Assist with room blocks, contracts, event orders, billing details, reporting, and all the details that make group events run smoothly.

• Partner with clients and internal teams to track and execute pre-event, event-day, and post-event needs.

• Learn all about our hotel’s meeting spaces, catering options, and event services to help groups succeed.

• Get hands-on with our sales systems (Delphi, CI/TY, PMS, etc.) and support our hotel’s sales strategies.

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and planning calls—your voice matters here!

• Embody teamwork and entrepreneurial spirit to help achieve team goals.
