Description
The Capital Hotel is seeking a highly professional and proactive Security Manager to lead our safety and security operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests, associates, and property while upholding the hotel’s reputation for exceptional service and Southern hospitality. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, discretion, and a strong understanding of hotel security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule security staff for 24/7 coverage.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies with discretion.
- Monitor surveillance systems and conduct safety inspections.
- Train associates on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in security management, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with security systems and emergency response.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
