Housekeeping Manager – Concord Hospitality

Concord Hospitality is seeking a hands-on, detail-driven Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams. This role ensures exceptional cleanliness and a seamless guest experience through strong leadership, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance for smooth operations
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and departmental supplies
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Support team development and hold staff accountable

Qualifications:

• Leadership experience in hospitality, healthcare, or multi-unit housing
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
