Hospitality or recreation experience preferred – but what really matters is your passion for people and fun!

As the Recreation & Activities Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of fun at the resort—leading and supporting a team that brings excitement and connection to every guest’s stay.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Having open availability and being a full-time supervisor

• Supervising daily recreation and activity operations, including pools, fitness areas, kids’ clubs, and guest events

• Planning, scheduling, and executing engaging activities for all age groups—think crafts, games, fitness classes, nature walks, movie nights, and more

• Training, motivating, and overseeing recreation staff to ensure a positive, safe, and fun environment

• Greeting and interacting with guests to promote activities and answer questions

• Ensuring all equipment, areas, and supplies are safe, clean, and ready for use

• Monitoring participation and feedback to continuously improve guest programming

• Collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience

• Previous recreation, hospitality, or event experience (supervisory experience a plus)

• A dynamic personality and excellent communication skills

• Creativity and confidence leading group activities or events

• Ability to remain calm and friendly in a fast-paced guest-facing role

• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Flexibility with scheduling – weekends, holidays, and evenings included

• Physical ability to lead outdoor and indoor activities and be on your feet for long periods
