Description

We are hiring an F&B Director at our new Hilton Jacksonville Mayo Clinic. Ideally located on Mayo Clinic campus in Jacksonville, Florida, this 252 room Hilton Jacksonville Mayo Clinic Hotel, offers high-end hotel accommodation to further enhance patients’ experience when traveling to the campus for care. Included in this property is our new restaurant bar "Coastal Kitchen" in addition to a small market, that will feature barista-made coffee.

Guests will have access to amenities such as a fitness center, on-site restaurant with room service and an outdoor pool. The hotel will have 16,000 square feet of meeting space, including a main ballroom that can be divided into five spaces, a smaller ballroom that splits into two spaces and three additional meeting rooms, and 5,000 square feet of outdoor patio space. The hotel aims to provide a premier hospitality experience for those visiting the Mayo Clinic, making it a convenient and luxurious option for patients and their families.

We are in search of a dynamic leader with expertise in Food & Beverage. This role will oversee all F&B efforts executed in the hotel.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop short-term and long-term financial and operational plans for the hotel outlets. Implement revenue generating programs that provide maximum price value to the guest.
  • Achieve marketing, sales, profitability, and quality service goals for the restaurant by executing marketing strategies, providing quality service to the customers and employing leadership and managerial skills effectively.
  • Maintain product and service standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating any complaints.
  • Monitor presentation of food product and review areas of concern with the Sous Chefs and Line Cooks.
  • Develop new programs, which result in an increased level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Teach, implement, and reward employees in utilizing their empowerment to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure that staff is utilizing up selling techniques while providing customer service.
  • Manage and lead F&B team members, maximizing associate productivity and satisfaction.

    Salary Range: $77,093 - $96,366
