We are looking for associates and leaders that have a passion to serve others! This position will oversee Front Desk, Night Audit and Hbar. As the Operations Supervisor, you are the one that brings this group to a cohesive team, focused on providing our guests excellent service while maintaining all brand standards and Concord standards. Your role is key to the overall experience the guest will have. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive, and caring will make all the difference. Responsibilities:

Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.

Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner.

Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations room rates, amenities, and selling strategies.

Take reservation requests efficiently. Work with 3rd-party sites to resolve billing disputes and plan for arrivals.

Block rooms and handles special requests.

Monitor room availability and offer AGM and GM assistance in yield management and restrictions.

Keep lobby, bar and desk area clean and presentable.

Have a thorough knowledge of emergency and security procedures.

Maintain Inventory for Front Desk Supplies, Alcohol and Market items.

Assist with various accounting duties including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and review of audit packs.

Assist with Month End tasks include completing Market Inventory and F&B Inventory.

Review pre-arrival dashboard and prepare billing and routing for arrivals.

Train Front Desk, Night Audit and Bar staff. Monthly department meeting to ensure consistency.

Staff Scheduling and coverage as needed for optimum efficiency and service delivery.

Develop and implement incentives to maintain GSS, WOH enrollments to expectation.

Work with Sales Team to welcome groups ensuring billing and service delivery is to expectation. Additionally, work to uncover business leads.

Complete Food Safety and Alcohol Training.

Adhere to all local, state, Hyatt and Concord expectations in preparation for audit purposes.

Establish food menu and train staff in execution to HBar/Hyatt standard.

Person in Charge to ensure proper leadership coverage primarily nights and weekends.

Fully Flexible Schedule Required. Including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
