Your Responsibilities

As a Banquet Server, you’ll play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences:

• Warmly Welcome Guests: Be the friendly face that greets and accommodates guests’ needs during events.
• Deliver Excellence: Serve food and beverages with care and precision, ensuring every detail meets our high standards.
• Be the Expert: Answer guest questions about the menu and assist with their requests.
• Support the Team: Jump in during peak times to help your teammates deliver flawless service.
• Learn & Grow: Master buffet, plated, and reception-style service with hands-on training.
• Own the Event: Help with setup, execution, and cleanup to ensure every event runs smoothly.
• Stay Prepared: Perform side work to get ready for upcoming events and keep our service areas polished.
