Description

Responsibilities:

Corporate FedEx administrator responsible for creating new users and downloading invoices.

Retrieve car rental invoices and code for processing.

Review AMEX billing and prepare allocations in Certify.

Verify ACH and direct deposit requests for vendors and associates.

Weekly reconciliation of accounts receivable aging report.

Create billing for transactions posted GL allocation accounts.

Provide internal and external customers with invoices and supporting documentation.

Update invoice allocation worksheet with property transitions.

Assist with Business Risk Assessment planning, scheduling, and invoicing.

Maintain CSC list of entity information for annual renewal billings.

Prepare billing for the President’s accounts receivable.

Assist with recording accounts payable and cash receipts.

Distribute mail received in CHECO mailbox.

Will champion “Special” Projects which will help direct the company going forward as assigned by Senior Director of Internal Audit & Corporate Accounting.

Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Accounting, Business Management, or Finance. (required)

OR 2 years experience in a related field. (required)

Strong written and oral communication.

Organized with attention to detail.
