We are hiring a Door Person

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Door Person to join our vibrant space team at The Cave. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm welcome, maintaining a secure environment, and providing exceptional service. This role requires a blend of hospitality and security skills to create a safe and enjoyable environment for our patrons.

Our Door Person is responsible for greeting guest with friendly responsive customer service and create an exceptional bar experience for all.

Essential Functions

• Greet Guests: Welcome all guests with a friendly and professional demeanor as they arrive at the nightclub.
• ID Verification: Check identification to ensure all guests meet age requirements for entry.
• Crowd Control: Manage the flow of guests entering and exiting the nightclub to maintain a smooth operation and prevent overcrowding.
• Security: Monitor the entrance and surrounding areas to ensure the safety of guests and staff. Report any suspicious activity or security concerns to management.
• Guest Assistance: Provide information about the nightclub's services, policies, and event details. Assist with any guest inquiries or concerns.
• Conflict Resolution: Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally, de-escalating any potential conflicts or disturbances.
• Coordination: Work closely with the staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Appearance: Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times, reflecting the high standards of our establishment.
