Primary sales efforts are in selling guest rooms, banquet food & beverage, upsell previously contracted groups turned over to the CSM, and maximizing hotel revenues.

Oversees the Human Resources and Accounting operations for the hotel, managing performance appraisals, record-keeping, counseling, benefits administration, and payroll. Ensures compliance with personnel policies and procedures and facilitates effective communication within departments. Collaborates with the management team as directed by the General Manager and Corporate Directors of HR and Accounting.
